Terms of Service

Youanai helps teams manage workspace content, social feed intelligence, brand knowledge, media generation, draft creation, analytics, and future social post scheduling. The service may use AI systems and third-party providers to complete user-requested workflows.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, sessions, OAuth grants, connected social accounts, and workspace access. You must have authority to connect any workspace, brand, social account, or third-party service you use with Youanai.

• ChatGPT Apps, Codex, Claude, and other MCP clients connect to Youanai through OAuth.
• You are responsible for selecting appropriate workspaces and permission groups during consent.
• Read tools retrieve scoped workspace data; write tools can create drafts, generate media, update Business DNA, or schedule future posts only when the OAuth grant and workspace policy allow it.
• You can revoke connected AI app access from Youanai settings or from the client where supported.
• The Youanai ChatGPT app does not publish immediately in v1; publishing workflows are limited to private drafts and future scheduling.

• Use Youanai only for lawful purposes and only with content, accounts, brands, and intellectual property that you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use Youanai to create, schedule, publish, or manage illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or policy-violating content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, social platform restrictions, OAuth consent, or workspace permission checks.
• Do not upload credentials, MFA codes, payment card data, government IDs, protected health information, or other restricted data through Youanai workflows.
• Review AI-generated content, scheduled posts, media, and Business DNA changes before relying on them.

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Youanai. You grant Youanai the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that content to provide the service and the workflows you request.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing generated captions, media, schedules, analytics interpretations, and Business DNA changes before using them externally.

Youanai may integrate with social networks, AI providers, storage, email, payments, analytics, and other services. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms. Youanai does not authorize bypassing third-party platform restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or policies.

The Youanai ChatGPT app does not sell subscriptions, credits, or other digital services, and it does not embed checkout. Any account, plan, or billing management happens outside the ChatGPT app experience on Youanai's own domain or through our payment provider.

We work to keep Youanai reliable, but the service may be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, or affected by third-party outages. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, reliability, or product reasons.

You may stop using Youanai or request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or harm to the service or other users.

Youanai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free output, or that AI-generated content will meet every requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Youanai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
