Privacy Policy

• Account information, such as name, email address, profile photo, login method, and workspace membership.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS messaging preferences when you opt in to Youanai SMS access.
• Workspace content that you choose to store in Youanai, including posts, drafts, captions, Business DNA, brand assets, generated media, uploads, comments, analytics summaries, and campaign settings.
• Connected support mailbox data for Youanai Desk, including mailbox address, OAuth grants, email headers, message bodies, snippets, attachments metadata, sent replies, thread metadata, sync status, and audit events.
• Connected-account metadata and OAuth grants for services you explicitly connect, including social platforms used for analytics, drafts, scheduling, or publishing.
• ChatGPT Apps and MCP connection data, including the app client, requested scopes, selected workspaces, tool names, rate-limit events, audit status, and revocation state.
• Support, feedback, billing, and operational communications you send to us.
• Security and usage metadata, such as timestamps, IP-derived request metadata, device/browser metadata, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

• Authenticate users, manage sessions, and protect accounts.
• Provide Youanai workflows for workspace context, social feed search, media generation, analytics, draft creation, Business DNA updates, and scheduled social posts.
• Sync connected support mailboxes, show support conversations, generate support drafts and summaries, send replies you approve, and optionally use recent sent replies to draft a workspace support playbook.
• Process OAuth grants, enforce workspace permissions, honor revocations, and keep ChatGPT Apps/MCP tool access scoped to the permissions you approved.
• Generate, transform, store, preview, and deliver user-requested content and media.
• Provide support, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and improve reliability.
• Process billing where applicable and comply with legal, tax, security, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social account data or ChatGPT Apps/MCP tool data to serve third-party advertisements.

• Infrastructure, database, storage, analytics, email, and security service providers that help us run Youanai.
• AI model and media-generation providers when needed to complete a user-requested workflow.
• Google Workspace APIs only when you connect Gmail to Youanai Desk and request mailbox sync or reply sending.
• Connected social platforms only when you connect the account and request a workflow that requires that platform, such as reading analytics or scheduling a post.
• Payment processors for billing information where applicable.
• Professional advisors, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when legally required or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

When an AI or social workflow requires sending content to another service, the action is limited to the workflow you requested and the permissions you granted.

If you opt in to Youanai SMS access, we collect and use your mobile phone number to send account, product, customer support, usage, credit, and AI agent conversation messages. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and conversations with Youanai. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can reply HELP for help or contact [email protected].

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

ChatGPT Apps and other MCP clients connect through OAuth. During consent, you choose the workspaces and permission groups the client can access. Youanai enforces those scopes, workspace permissions, live membership checks, and revocation state on each tool call.

Youanai tools are designed to receive only task-specific input. They do not request your full ChatGPT conversation history, passwords, MFA codes, API keys, payment card data, government IDs, protected health information, or precise GPS coordinates.

If you connect Gmail to Youanai Desk, Youanai requests Gmail access only after you choose the mailbox connection workflow. Youanai uses Gmail data to sync support conversations, generate user-requested drafts and summaries, send replies you approve, and optionally sample recent sent replies to draft your support playbook.

When AI features are requested, Gmail-derived content may be processed by AI providers only to generate the requested Desk draft, summary, or playbook for that workspace. It is not used for provider model training or for generalized AI model improvement.

We do not sell Google Workspace data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Gmail from Desk settings to stop new Gmail sync and reply sending. You can also revoke Youanai from your Google Account permissions page. Existing support conversations remain in the workspace until you delete the workspace or ask support to remove mailbox content, subject to legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs.

• Account and workspace records are kept while your account or workspace is active, then deleted or anonymized after account closure unless we must keep them for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
• Drafts, posts, Business DNA, uploaded media, and generated media remain until you delete them, close the workspace, or ask support to remove them.
• Support mailbox content remains while the mailbox or workspace is active, unless you disconnect the mailbox, delete the workspace, or ask support to remove it, subject to legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs.
• OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and ChatGPT Apps/MCP grants remain until they expire, are rotated, or are revoked by you or an administrator.
• Security, audit, rate-limit, and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited operational period, generally up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for fraud prevention, security investigation, or legal compliance.
• Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, chargeback, or legal compliance.
• Support and feedback records are generally retained for up to 3 years unless you request deletion and we do not need to keep them for legal or security reasons.

• Review and update account and workspace settings in Youanai.
• Disconnect Gmail or Outlook support mailboxes from Youanai Desk settings or revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account security settings.
• Revoke ChatGPT Apps/MCP connections from Youanai Social Settings -> Integrations or from the connected client where supported.
• Disconnect social accounts from Youanai settings or from the social platform's authorization settings.
• Delete workspace content where the product exposes deletion controls, or contact support for account, workspace, export, or deletion requests.
• Opt out of non-essential communications by using unsubscribe links or contacting support.

We use technical and organizational safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, scoped OAuth tokens, rate limiting, audit logging, and least-privilege internal service calls. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to issues.

Youanai is not directed to children under 13. Users aged 13-17 should use Youanai only where permitted by applicable law and any organization or guardian requirements that apply to them.
